SODELUJOČI

Anja Carr (1985) je magistrirala na Nacionalni akademiji likovnih umetnosti v Oslu. V svoji umetniški praksi z uporabo različnih medijev, kot so fotografija, kiparstvo, kostumografija, performans, instalacija in video, transformira živalske like in otroške igrače v teatralni svet odraslih, pri čemer pogosto raziskuje pojem abjekta. Leta 2011 je ustanovila galerijo PINK CUBE v Oslu, kjer tudi živi in deluje. 

Anna Ehrenstein (1993) deluje kot interdisciplinarna umetnica, ki se usmerja predvsem v raziskavo in mediacijo. Diplomirala je iz fotografije, obiskovala kuratorske tečaje, trenutno pa opravlja podiplomski študij medijske umetnosti. V svoji praksi z uporabo fotografije, videa, instalacije, besedil in kiparstva analizira presečišča med tako imenovanima visoko in množično kulturo, kakor tudi njihove družbene, ekonomske in politične podstati. 

FOTOSFERA Fotografi Andrej Potrč (1976), Vid Jakop (1977), Miro Nunić (1985), Žiga Karl Gričnik (1985) in Jaka Teršek (1997) od leta 2015 nastopajo kolektivno pod imenom Fotosfera. Kadar delujejo v skupini, svojih fotografij ne podpisujejo z osebnimi imeni, temveč uporabljajo kolektivno identiteto. 

Miroslav Karić (1975) je leta 2000 diplomiral na katedri za umetnostno zgodovino Filozofske fakultete v Beogradu. Od leta 2001 je kustos v Galeriji Remont v Beogradu, hkrati pa deluje tudi kot neodvisni kustos, publicist in promotor. Karić živi in deluje v Beogradu. 

Martin Kollar (1971) je neodvisni fotograf in filmar. V obdobju 2003–2013 je sodeloval z agencijo VU, danes pa sodeluje z različnimi medijskimi hišami, kot sta Liberation in Currier International. Kollar je prejemnik številnih prestižnih nagrad, kot sta Leica Oskar Barnack Award (2014) in Prix Elysee (2016). Živi in deluje v Bratislavi. 

Davor Konjikušić (1979) je opravil magisterij fotografije na Akademiji dramskih umetnosti v Zagrebu, kjer je končal tudi dodiplomski program filmske fotografije. Pri svojem delu uporablja fotografijo kot osrednji medij za artikuliranje svojih umetniških konceptov, pri čemer raziskuje razmerja med zasebnim in javnim, med intimnim in družbeno-političnim. Zanima ga vloga fotografskega medija pri vzpostavljanju razmerij moči in nadzora. Konjikušić živi in deluje v Zagrebu.

Borut Krajnc (1964) je dokumentarni fotograf in fotoreporter pri tedniku Mladina, hkrati pa deluje tudi kot neodvisni umetnik. Živi in deluje v Ljubljani. 

Sandra Križić Roban je umetnostna zgodovinarka, ki deluje kot kritičarka, kustosinja, predavateljica in publicistka; zaposlena je kot znanstvena svetovalka pri Inštitutu za umetnostno zgodovino v Zagrebu. Njena raziskovalna področja so sodobna umetnost, zgodovina in teorija fotografije, povojna arhitektura, diskurzi o javnem prostoru in vojni spomeniki na Hrvaškem. Je soustanoviteljica Centra za fotografijo, neprofitne organizacije za sodobno fotografijo v Zagrebu, kjer živi in deluje. 

Sladjana Petrović Varagić je umetnostna zgodovinarka in magistrica filma in medijev, od 2006 pa deluje kot kustosinja in koordinatorica filmskega centra Filmart v Požegi v Srbiji. V obdobju 2009–2017 je bila direktorica Kulturnega centra Požega. Živi in deluje v Požegi in Beogradu.

Klaus Pichler (1977) od leta 2005 deluje kot neodvisni fotograf in se v svojih avtorskih projektih posveča skritim aspektom vsakdanjega življenja. V ospredje postavlja marginalizirane subkulture ali naslavlja absurde sodobne potrošniško naravnane družbe. Dela prežema pronicljiv humor, ki izvira iz avtorjevega smisla za samoironijo in tragikomično. Živi in deluje na Dunaju.

Peter Rauch (1978) je diplomirani arhitekt, magister fotografije in doktorski kandidat s področja filozofije in teoretske psihoanalize. V ustvarjalni praksi ga zanimajo razmerja in medsebojni vplivi med kontekstom, dokumentom in konstrukcijo. V teoriji raziskuje vznik mišljenja, pomen negacije v konstituciji objekta in vprašanje preloma v poljih umetnosti, znanosti in politike. Predava na Akademiji za likovno umetnost in oblikovanje ter na Oddelku za fotografijo VIST v Ljubljani.

Sara Rman (1992) je zaključila dodiplomski študij vizualnih komunikacij na Akademiji za likovno umetnost in oblikovanje v Ljubljani, kjer trenutno obiskuje magistrski študij fotografije. Deluje na različnih področjih umetnosti in ročnih obrti. Fotografski medij ji služi kot orodje izraznosti, s katerim raziskuje koncepte identitete, razsežnosti polja svobode in surove estetike.

PARTICIPANTS

Anja Carr (1985) holds MA in Fine Art from Oslo National Academy of the Arts and works with photography, sculpture, costume, performance, installation and video. Her work transforms animals and toy-figures in a theatrical, adult world, often exploring the abject. In 2011 she founded PINK CUBE gallery in Oslo where she also lives and works. 

Anna Ehrenstein (1993) works as an interdisciplinary artist with an emphasize in research and mediation. She holds BA in photography, visited curatorial classes and currently is pursuing a post-graduate diploma in media art. She uses photography, video, installation, writing or sculpture to reflect the intersections and divergences of so-called 'high' and 'mass cultures' and their socio-economic and political constitutions. 

FOTOSFERA The photographers Andrej Potrč (1976), Vid Jakop (1977), Miro Nunić (1985), Žiga Karl Gričnik (1985) and Jaka Teršek (1997) are presenting themselves collectively under the name Fotosfera since 2015. When working as a group they do not sign their photographs with their individual names but rather use their collective identity.

Miroslav Karić (1975) graduated in Art History from the Belgrade Faculty of Arts in 2000. Since 2001, he has been a curator for the Remont Gallery in Belgrade, while working as an independent curator, writer and promoter of contemporary art. Karić lives and works in Belgrade, Serbia.

Martin Kollar (1971) is independent photographer and cinematographer. In the period 2003-2013 he collaborated with Agence VU while he now collaborates with media outlets such as Liberation and Currier International. He received prestigious awards such as Leica Oskar Barnack Award (2014) and Prix Elysee (2016). He lives and works in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Borut Krajnc (1964) is a documentary photographer and photojournalist for the Mladina weekly magazine, and an independent artist. He lives and works in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Davor Konjikušić (1979) holds MA degree in photography from the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb where he has also completed his BA studies in cinematography. In his work he uses photography as a primary medium in articulating his artistic concept, in which he explores the relationships between public and private, intimate and socio-political. He is interested in the role of photographic medium in establishing the relations of power and control. Konjikušić lives and works in Zagreb, Croatia.

Sandra Križić Roban holds a PhD in art history; she is an art critic, curator, lecturer and writer working as scientific adviser at the Institute of Art History in Zagreb. Her research topics are contemporary art, history and theory of photography, the post-war architecture, public space discourse and contemporary war memorials in Croatia. She is one of the co-founders of Office for Photography, a non-profit association for contemporary photography from Zagreb where she lives and works.  

Sladjana Petrović Varagić has a degree in Art History and a master’s degree in Film and Media Studies. Since 2006, she has worked as the curator and coordinator of the independent film centre Filmart in Požega, Serbia. From 2009 to 2017 she was the director of the Cultural Centre of Požega. She lives and works between Požega and Belgrade, Serbia.

Klaus Pichler (1977) is an artist and photographer who lives and works in Vienna, Austria.

Peter Rauch (1978) has a degree in architecture, a master’s degree in photography, and is a doctoral candidate in philosophy and theoretical psychoanalysis. In his creative practice he deals with relationships and the mutual effects between a context, a document and a construction of an artwork. In his theoretical practice he deals with the origin of thought, the role of negation in the constitution of an object, and the issue of rupture in the fields of art, science, and politics. He is teaching at The Academy of Fine Arts and Design and at The Photography Department at The Higher School of Applied Sciences in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Sara Rman (1992) graduated in Visual Communications from the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Ljubljana, where she is currently attending a Master's programme in Photography. She is active in various fields of arts and crafts. Photography serves her as an instrument of expression, through which she explores the concepts of identity, expansiveness of the field of liberty, and raw aesthetics. She lives and works in Ljubljana.
